| About Our meetings: |
We meet throughout the year on Tuesday evenings at the Cowbridge Hall, Hertford.
In winter, meetings are from 7.30pm
During the summer, from May to September, meetings for sketching and painting from nature are usually held outdoors in various locations on Tuesdays from 6.30 - 9.00 pm and afterwards in a local hostelry

We have approximately 170 members including artists of national and international repute as well as many enthusiastic amateur artists and leisure painters.
We are please to encourage new members to join, particularly younger members and art students.

Membership costs just £30 per year, but please enquire about concessions, including 50% discount for new members joining in September.

Subjects include lectures, workshops, demonstrations, tuition, criticisms etc and visitors are often welcomed.
We also organise a programme of Saturday life, and occasional weekend, workshops.
